A short entry check (30 minutes) with tasks from all four skills shows where the group stands. Without diagnostics a course risks both the weakest and the strongest learners.

A weekly module can look like this: one grammar/vocabulary session, one reading and listening session, one writing session with peer review, one oral session with role play. Every four to five weeks: one full simulation of a section.

For Writing and Speaking, teachers should use a transparent rubric (content / communication / language / pronunciation). Feedback is more effective anchored to three to five clear criteria.

Four to six weeks before the exam, at least two full simulations, one under real conditions (timing, answer sheet, silence).

After each simulation, give a five-point feedback per learner: what was strong, what is the priority for the next two weeks.
