What does Preparaio cost our school?
You pay a price per place and month according to the tiers on this page, plus VAT, once in advance for 1 to 12 months. From 50 and from 200 active places it gets cheaper.
What am I paying for?
You pay for booked places: 1 place = 1 learner for the chosen term, all exams included. If you remove a learner, the place becomes free again until the package ends; there is no refund. Admin accounts do not use a place.
Does the calculator guarantee our revenue?
No. The calculator is an example based on your own assumptions. Actual revenue depends on sales, usage, taxes and other costs.
