Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

For a contract for the supply of digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal also expires when the trader has begun performance of the contract after the consumer has

1. expressly consented to the trader beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires,
2. acknowledged that, by giving consent, they lose their right of withdrawal when performance of the contract begins, and
3. the trader has provided the consumer with confirmation in accordance with § 312f BGB.

When taking out a subscription with Preparaio, you are expressly asked for these consents. Your right of withdrawal expires when the contract begins — that is, when your access is activated.

Voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee

Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal, Preparaio grants a voluntary money-back guarantee within 14 days of concluding the contract. A refund may be requested informally by email to support@preparaio.com.
